Announcing Mountain Biking Marin’s first annual “Hot Mama’s Skills Clinic” at China Camp State Park on Sunday August 17th. A fun event taught by women for women organized by 2006 Downhill US Champion, Celia Graterol.

Mill Valley, CA, July 02, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Mountain Biking Marin is hosting a special skills clinic for women on Sunday, August 17th at China Camp State Park. The event will be led by the 2006 Downhill US Champion and Mountain Biking Marin’s CEO, Celia Graterol. The “Hot Mama’s Skill Clinic” is for women interested in improving their mountain biking skills whether they are beginner, intermediate or advanced riders. This fun event will offer a wide variety of techniques dependent upon registrants’ current individual skill and fitness levels.

Graterol says, “China Camp State Park is perfectly suited for the event with its wide single tracks for easy switchbacks, narrow single tracks for more challenging switchbacks, easily moderated climbs and descents, technical downhill sections and easy drops and jumps. Of course, for riders coming in as beginners, I will be training on balance, body positioning and other basic techniques as well.”

The full “Hot Mamas Skill Clinic” schedule can be found on the website, www.mountainbikingmarin.com. There is a special pre-registration fee of $95 available only until August 13th.
