About Daphne Bowering

Daphne Bowering is the Founding President of Bowering Design Inc. Ms. Bowering has over 30 years experience in interior space design and facility planning. Ms. Bowering is responsible for large public and private sector projects. She is particularly interested in the programming and planning of large commercial projects and holds a NCIDQ Certificate 5406. Before beginning her owe private consultancy, she was the Chief Designer for the Government of Canada Bureau of Management Consulting. Ms. Bowering received a Bachelor of Interior Design degree from the University of Manitoba. She studied Fine Arts and History at the University of Regina. She served as the President of Interior Designers of Saskatchewan. Ms. Bowering is the Canadian Representative to the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications in Washington, a member of the Standing Committee on Fire Safety and Occupancy of the Canadian Commission on Building and Fire Codes and is the Chair of the Saskatchewan Building and Accessibility Standards Appeal Board.
