Boot Ranch is Back
After being put on hold for the recent downturn, Boot Ranch (in Fredericksburg Texas) is finally back in business. Pro golfer Hal Sutton's original vision continues as lot sales have now resumed. Golf membership are also available for the highly-acclaimed golf course, and a new 55,000 sq ft, $30 million "clubhouse village" opened its doors this week.
