The United States Environmental Protection Agency codified into the federal regulations the new All Appropriate Inquiries Rule in November of last year. The new law is already impacting the environmental assessment industry. The new AAI Rule requires that Phase One Environmental Site Assessment reports be performed by "Environmental Professionals."
