Areas D3 and D4 are pleased to host for the member clubs of the Desert in Southern California (from Beaumont and Banning to the Coachella Valley) a contest and raffle drawing. Humorous Speeches and Speech Evaluations will be judged with the winners moving to the next round at the Division Contest in October. This contest will include a raffle drawing for a Kindle Fire 7" 8GB WiFi Tablet, donated by Desert Cow Computers. - September 11, 2013
