Katarina Vavrová and Peter Velikov Receive Top Art-Competition Prizes
Two artists and printmakers, Katarina Vavrová from Slovakia and Peter Velikov from Bulgaria have won Grand Prix (first prize) at two different top international art-competitions. The Grand Prix at the Tokio International Mini Print Triennal 2005 was won by Vavrová and the First Prize at the 11th international triennial for small graphic and ex libris in Ostrow Wielkopolski, Poland, was won by Peter Velikov. - September 20, 2005
