It's a Fashion Fling at the Ava Gardner Festival, Oct 3-5
The Ava Gardner Festival is planned for October 3-5, 2014 in historic downtown Smithfield, NC with the new "Ava's Closet" exhibit, a "Fashion Fling" opening night reception with Sinatra-style music by the Carolina Crooner, food and beverages, free movies, heritage tours and more. On Saturday, Oct. 4th the festival is collaborating with the Clayton Piano Festival which is featuring Ava in "Show Boat" and her love for flamenco music. - July 30, 2014
