Parker, CO, August 15, 2008 --(PR.com
)-- Elizabeth Bublitz, author and owner of Pawfriendly Landscapes, will be hosting a book signing at Yappy Hour on Friday, August 15 from 6:30-8:30pm at City Bark Doggie Daycare, 9835 Mangano Lane, Parker, Colorado. The fee is $30 per person and $50 per couple, all proceeds will be going to the Misha May Foundation. Misha May Foundation is an animal rescue that fosters homeless pets until a permanent home is found.
Bublitz became active with Misha May Foundation and agreed to create a pet friendly landscape design for their main foster care center in Lakewood, Colorado. Bublitz explains, "Misha May, like so many other shelters, are struggling on a daily basis to make ends meet. They sacrifice so much for animals who have been left behind by many irresponsible people who don't spay or neuter or who move and cannot take their pets. It's such a disgrace. But so many animal shelters step up to help these defenseless animals and always need help, either financially or with fostering. I'm just glad I can do something to help them."
Misha May Foundation will also have a silent auction which includes a pet friendly landscape design, consult, pet first aid kit and Bublitz' autographed book.
