Troy, MI, May 05, 2006 --(PR.com)-- PowerStream and their partners VBrick, PG&E and The Santa Cruz Predatory Bird Research Group (SCPBRG) have joind forces to webcast peregrine falcons live over the Internet for all to see.

George and Gracie, a pair of peregrine falcons share their nesting activities with the local public and the rest of the world through live webcasting from downtown San Francisco.

PowerStream pulls the encoded video from the Vbrick appliance and streams it live to a global audience that rarely sees the nesting habits of the Peregrine Falcon due to the typically isolated nesting locations that falcons guard vigilantly.

“The quality of the video is awesome. I can’t imagine you’re going to get a better look at things from anywhere,” said a post on the group’s Yahoo! Message board.

You may view the nest on SCPBRG’s website at http://www2.ucsc.edu/scpbrg/monthlyupdate.htm
