Michael got interested in Huntley history when he did a report in school about Huntley. He said, "All I knew about Huntley was that it was a farm town." It indeed was but when Michael uncovers the facts you can find out some interesting things about the farm town.

“When I moved to Huntley it was a farm town, my next door neighbor was a bunch of cows. It has since changed and now you can see the rich history that is buried deep within Huntley with my new book," Says Michael Geheren.

Nobody realizes how much history is here. Some facts are that Al Capone was in Huntley a couple of times, why? There is a Chicago Cubs connection to Huntley, what is it? There are so many facts about Huntley like at one time there were more cows than people.

Michael's Book is expected to be released this winter.
