Golfers Paradise in Krakow Poland
London, United Kingdom, September 24, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Iberian property developer, Maexpa Group, is to unveil its Valley Golf Village ‘show apartment’ in March 2009 in readiness for project completion in December 2009. This residential complex of 24 buildings, providing up to 166 exclusive apartments, is located about 30km from Krakow (less than an hour's drive), in the Krakow Valley.

The project lies within the Krakow Valley Golf & Country Club, an estate of some 160 hectares of stunning natural scenery and a vast array of fauna and flora.

The chalet style buildings can be purchased whole or split into four separate apartments with 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, individual garages and the highest quality of materials. Prices for these will range from £139,000 to £201,000. The building comes as a shell and construction is flexible offering clients the opportunity to redesign the layout and to create a larger living room, sleeping areas or kitchen.

The Krakow Valley is an established recreational area, centered around the Krakow Valley Golf & County Club, which has an 18-hole Championship Course and is one of the biggest golf complexes in Central Europe. Designed by world-famous course designer Ronald Fream from California, the Krakow Valley Course includes a top-class Driving Range and an Academy Course. A qualifier for the Polish Open was held on this course in June 2008.

Surrounded by a dense thick forest this championship golf course (par 72) aims to satisfy every player’s requirements. The American character is quite evident with diversified tee distances which welcome both beginners (from 4.981 m from the front tee) and advanced players (up to 6.518 m from the pro tee).
Residents in’ Valley Golf Village’ also have use of a horse riding centre, an indoor and outdoor shooting range and a variety of winter attractions, including skiing.

The three star Hotel Villa Pacoldi, is one of the crowning elements of the complex, with 16 attractive, air-conditioned doubles available, all with television, mini-bar and safe.

Completion date for the ‘Valley Golf Village’ project is scheduled for December 2009.
