Cincinnati Public Relations Firm Continues Personnel Growth

In her role as social media and events specialist, Laner will be responsible for integrating social media best practices into current marketing plans, expanding social media clientele, and assisting local businesses with special events. EMG is a recognized leader in social media strategy and implementation, and produces one of the most successful podcasts in cyberspace. Laner will continue to assist with general public relations and account coordination activities in the non-profit, public affairs, and education sectors of the firm.

Laner is a graduate of Kent State University and brings more than two years of marketing experience to EMG. During her senior year at Kent State, Laner led an award-winning public relations team and created a full marketing and social media plan for a statewide effort to increase organ donation. Most recently, she worked as an account coordinator for an integrated marketing communications firm in Hudson, OH. While at the firm, Laner managed several accounts ranging from real estate companies to large hospitals.
