Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill Hosts Speaking of Women’s Health Volunteer Appreciation Party

Cary, NC, October 10, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Jim Mallon, managing partner of Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill (www.jackastors.com) located at 2300 Walnut St., has announced that the restaurant will host the Speaking of Women’s Health (www.swhraleigh.com) Volunteer Appreciation Party on Wednesday, Oct. 15. The party will honor volunteers who assisted in the Speaking of Women’s Health full-day conference, held in Raleigh on September 27, designed to influence women in making informed decisions about their health, well-being and personal safety.

“We are excited to host the Speaking of Women’s Health conference volunteers for the third year in a row,” said Mallon. “They have done outstanding work for an excellent cause and we are proud to be involved in thanking them for that.”
