HR Technology Advisors Announces New Appointments

Three new team members will extend consulting, service, and business development capabilities and strengthen core offer.

Franklin, MA, October 22, 2008 --(PR.com)-- HR Technology Advisors, LLC (HRT), the premier national, independent human resources & benefits technology consulting firm, has announced the appointment of three new team members to meet the strategic positioning, consulting and service needs of its clients.

Steve Cassidy has been appointed Vice President of Broker Services. Over the course of his more than 20-year career representing and managing sales offices for companies like UNUM, Sun Life, Allmerica, and Canada Life, Mr. Cassidy has worked with hundreds of benefit advisors in the mid-west and New England. Just prior to joining HRT in December of 2007, he spent 2 years marketing the brokerage and consulting services at a local Massachusetts firm. Through his knowledge of the employee benefit business and management experience, he will lead the delivery of quality services and support to HRT Broker Partners firms. In addition to overseeing some key internal operations, he will be responsible for working closely with management and producers at partner firms to ensure that they get the most out of their HRT relationship.

Jennifer Stinson, an insurance industry veteran representing companies like CIGNA and Instant Benefits, has joined the business development team as Regional Sales Manager. Ms. Stinson will expand HRT Broker Partnerships and cultivate existing relationships with brokers across the country.

“Steve’s experience on both the insurance carrier side and as an employee benefit broker gives him valuable insight into the business requirements of our current and prospective clients, allowing us to expand our business offering to meet those needs,” said Joe Markland, HRT Principal and Chief Marketing Officer. “Jennifer has worked in the benefits technology field for years, knows the marketplace, and brings vital understanding into the unique needs of employee benefits brokerage firms.”

Karen Bowles, an HRIS solution expert and most recently Director of Human Resources for Oxfam America, has been selected to join HRT’s Consulting and System Implementation Team. Ms. Bowles will focus on facilitating the implementation and co-management of HR administration and enrollment technology solutions. She will also support the benefits, HR, and payroll technology consulting projects for HRT’s clients.

“With Karen’s proven experience, she will add to our already deep team of knowledgeable benefits and human resources technology consultants,” said Don Rowe, HRT Principal. “Karen’s HRIS system implementation ability will play a vital role in helping our Broker Partners better serve their employee clients.”
