“Our mission has always been to develop projects that cater to a diverse audience while creating opportunities for performers to gain experience and exposure,” says Statusj founder Jacqueline Lisenby,… ….“that’s why we’ve developed these acting workshops tailored specifically for the musical artist in mind,” she adds.

With the expansion to television, Statusj will be casting new actors. To get musical performers camera ready, Statusj is offering a one day workshop that will focus on acting for film, as well as offering a bonus interview techniques feature. All workshop participants will receive a DVD of their performance and their music will be considered for inclusion in the television show which will debut locally on the CW Network.
