New Kettlenetics Program from elements Board Member Michelle Khai Generates Huge Media Response

Kettlenetics is set to appear on QVC in January 2009.

Kettlenetics promotes an innovative kettlebell dance program that fuses the cardiovascular and fat-burning benefits of kettlebell training with Michelle’s extensive experience in dance-oriented strength training. Kettlebell training is one of the most popular workout trends to sweep the fitness industry and is featured in several leading health club brands such as elements for women, SportsClub LA, and Equinox.
