Website Releases New Promotional Video

In light of upcoming elections, The Spartan Truth's latest video talks about the issues facing Americans today.

Monroe, NC, October 27, 2008 --(PR.com)-- With less than two weeks to go until one of the most historic presidential elections the country has seen, many people are asking the tough questions to the candidates about such issues as health care, the economy and high gas prices. And while some are satisfied with their candidate of choice and their stances, some still have questions about whether elected officials are being completely honest with them, or are they working for the interests of the few.

In the latest released video entitled, “Election Year 2008”, The Spartan Truth is asking the candidates the question of “who are you going to work for?” and whether they truly understand the issues most important to the American public. Site founder Nick Polyzos offered some insight on the video, which was released on the organization's YouTube channel.

“Whether Senator Obama or Senator McCain win the presidency, they must remember that they are loyal to the people, and must do the bidding of the people. Americans are fed up with who was at fault for something that happened,” said Polyzos. “They don’t care who is at fault. They care about what can get done with all parties working together. This video notifies the candidates the people are expecting results.”

The Spartan Truth’s main theme is honesty and transparency in government on all levels, and Polyzos believes the website was created for the sole purpose of providing that voice for the American public.

The Spartan Truth is currently seeking its first endorsement from DividedWeFail.org, another group from within the AARP, pushing for bipartisan cooperation in solving the issues of financial security and universal health care.
