Newest IBM Portal Accelerator Integrated with Workflow by Alphalogix

IBM’s newest portal offering is a “snap on” bundle to IBM WebSphere® Portal combining IBM Lotus® Forms, electronic workflow and portlets as a way to add business process to portal environments.

Last Spring IBM announced the launch of WebSphere Portal 6.1, as well as several Portal Accelerators including IBM Dashboard Accelerator, IBM Content Accelerator and IBM Collaboration Accelerator. These prepackaged offerings are made to reduce costs of WebSphere Portal deployments. They are also made to demonstrate a portal environment’s range of capabilities faster in comparison to a standard portal deployment.
