Association Announces New Emotional Health Radio Show

Pittsburgh, PA, November 17, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Dr. Aldo R. Pucci, president of the National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists, announces his new call-in radio, "Your Emotional Health."

The new radio show, aired each Sunday from 11:30 am - Noon eastern time, is based on the very popular and effective counseling approach known as cognitive-behavioral therapy. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) teaches people that our thoughts cause our feelings and behaviors, not people and situations. CBT also teaches people how to think in ways that help them feel the way they want to feel and to achieve their goals.

During the radio show, Dr. Pucci helps callers apply CBT to such problems as depression, anxiety / panic, anger, substance abuse, habit problems, marital distress, and childhood behavior problems.

Dr. Pucci's show airs on Pittsburgh's FM Newstalk 104.7 FM. It can also be heared via live streaming audio at http://www.wpgb.com. Podcasts of each show also are available at http://youremotionalhealth.podbean.com/
