Legend of OKC to Host Arrows for Charity V Fundraiser on December 13th

Oklahoma City, OK, November 20, 2008 --(PR.com)-- During this season of giving, there are numerous children in Oklahoma who, due to unfortunate circumstances, often go without experiencing the joys of the holidays. The Legend of OKC hopes to provide joy for some of those children by raising funds through Arrows for Charity V, which scheduled for Saturday, December 13th, 2008.

Arrows for Charity V, which is scheduled to begin at 10 am at Cactus Jack's Family Fun Center, is comprised of an In The Groove 2/Dance Dance Revolution Tournament. Persons of all ages and skill levels are invited to participate. Cost for the fundraiser is $20 per person and each participant will receive a T-shirt and pizza. Prizes will be awarded to the winners of each tournament.

According to Joseph Bowersox, Legend of OKC President and tournament organizer, all proceeds from Arrows for Charity V will be donated to the Oklahoma Department of Human Services' Toy Drive.

"This is our 5th year doing this, and it just keeps getting bigger and bigger." Bowersox said. "It's a great thing though, because every child deserves to have a great Christmas."
