Columbia, SC, December 16, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Samurai Karate Studio participated in the annual Blythewood Christmas parade on Sunday, December 14th. Several students and their parents joined Sensei Feldt, the owner and chief instructor, and walked the parade route handing out candy and holiday ad cards.

Sensei Feldt commented, "This was a wonderful event and I am very grateful to the Blythewood Chamber of Commerce for inviting my studio to participate in this annual tradition!"

Families lined the parade route that stretched for approximately 1 mile. There were young babies as well as senior citizens along the route. This year's parade marshal was Dawndy Mercer, from WIS TV.

"The crowds were fantastic," commented Feldt. "The atmosphere was very festive and the people along the parade route were very friendly and enthusiastic!"
