Personnel Security Consultants, Inc. Announces Project to Raise Community Awareness of Child Protection Issues and Responsibilities

“One Voice” A Community Child Protection Awareness Calendar for 2009.

Albuquerque, NM, December 17, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Personnel Security Consultants, Inc. (PSC) announces the release of
“One Voice,” A Community Child Protection Awareness Calendar for 2009. The calendar features beautiful Native American art by Navajo artist, Nakaii’, touching poetry contributed by young people in the Albuquerque Youth Building Better Lives program; and vital information about recognizing and reporting suspected child abuse in Indian Country.

The calendar serves as a reminder to each of us of the responsibility we have as individuals and as a community to protect our children. Each month highlights the requirements for recognizing and reporting child abuse contained in the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act and the Crime Control Act. In promoting the calendar, Personnel Security Consultants’ goal is to raise awareness throughout Indian Country of the issues of child abuse and neglect that threaten our children’s well-being and future. Armed with practical information contained in the calendar, all our communities can join together with the desire, knowledge, and tools needed to protect our children.

The inspirational poetry and art featured in the 2009 calendar make it a great gift for you and for your favorite teachers, family, friends, and co-workers. The calendar is available now for delivery by the first of the year. All profits from this project go to support the young people in the Youth Building Better Lives program.

Michele Justice, president and ceo of Personnel Security Consultants, Inc. states, “My belief is the ‘One Voice’ celendar is truly a community calendar and will give a voice to children in all communities who do not always have the strength or courage to use their own.” Ms. Justice is of Hispanic and Native American descent and an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation.
