Urben joins BlueStar after 20+ years experience in project management and business development within the I.T. industry. His client management skills have led him to a proven track record of creative solutions for complex business problems. This, as well as his experience in leading mobile computing implementations, will assist him in his responsibilities as BlueStar's CipherLab Business Development Manager.

Prior to joining the BlueStar team, Urben held the position of Business Development Specialist for WorkflowOne, where he provided systems consulting and project management in barcode/data collection and RFID solutions. In addition, Urben held the positions of Senior Systems Consultant at Peak Technologies and Project Manager at Wavebend Solutions where he provided business process analysis and technical consulting. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences.
