)-- TeleFinity the global leader in providing the next generation computer telephony solutions and Malaz Technology announces that they have entered into distribution agreement under which Malaz Technology will market and distribute TeleFinity’s call, radio and fax logging solution LogFinity in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
With this agreement Malaz Technology can distribute LogFinity to a wide range of voice logging markets including but not limited to: Call centers, trading floors and public safety organizations.
Malaz Technology is Avaya’s silver business partner in KSA Since 2003, where it distributes Avaya’s PBXs among other solutions from Avaya and different global vendors. LogFinity is fully integrated with all Avaya’s PBXs and with a wide range PBX vendors and protocols from TDM to IP.
