ReuseRecycleReclaim, LLC Launches Thermocouple Recycling and Replacement Program

TCs meet factory specifications and program saves 30-50% in costs.

Portland, OR, January 11, 2009 --(PR.com)-- ReuseRecycleReclaim, LLC is pleased to announce that it is launching a new thermocouple (TC) recycling and replacement program for Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) semiconductor processing systems.

The TCs, made of Rhodium and Tantalum, are designed to operate at temperatures up to 1800 °C. They will deteriorate over time due to thermal cycling and must be replaced periodically to ensure proper operation and protection of the equipment.

"As a recycling agent responding to the needs of the semiconductor industry, we are really proud to offer this package of services that decreases costs substantially," said Andy Kaplan, President of ReuseRecycleReclaim, LLC. "Our TCs match OEM specs and performance for thermocouple material, insulation, probe construction and connectors."
