)-- First-Time Author Publishes Fantasy Book for Kids
His Book Provides an Entertaining and Valuable Read for Tweens
Inspired by all types of science fiction and action-packed adventures, author and father Clint Charles Fryer wrote his first fantasy tale of his own, one that could be especially enjoyed by kids. His tale of swords and sorcery, courage and betrayal, adventure and true love, came together in his recently published book, Rebirth of the Dark Ones.
Rebirth of the Dark Ones is the imaginative tale of a young boy named Foo and his undying love for a slave girl, Fresh-air, who makes a choice to change their destiny. Their adventurous journeys together take them to meet a great King named Zartan and an evil sorceress named Cathleena, all while becoming involved in a battle between good and evil in the great land of Jetskia.
Deep within Foo lies a hidden talent which ultimately leads him on a dangerous quest to find his true love in a land not of his own, but one of gargoyles, wizards and unicorns. His quest eventually leads him to the Dark Ones—masters of time and space.
Fryer’s easily-read fantasy contains a story line filled with twists and turns from beginning to end. Readers quickly become consumed with the characters as the tale allows their imaginations to explore the realms of a different world. Moreover, Rebirth of the Dark Ones is concluded with a cliffhanger, leaving room for a possible continuation of the tale.
While Rebirth of the Dark Ones provides an entertaining read, kids will also learn a lesson in courage and the value of fighting for loved ones. The power of love that lies within every person is manifested through the characters Fryer uniquely portrays in this enjoyable fantasy.
