Steve Braxton Newly Published Author Makes Appearance in Hometown of Natchitoches, LA to Launch & Promote His Two Books

Melrose Park, IL, June 22, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Steve Braxton, a recognized business/relationships columinst, expert intervention specialist, and ordained minister-Author of "The Road That Is Difficult To Travel" and "Prayer For An Occasion," will appear at Northwestern Univ. Campus Corner Book Store, on Labor Day weekend (Sept 1st, 2nd & 4th) to promote and sign autographs for his two new books.

Reverend Braxton-since his books are dedicated to Shuttle Columbia and the displaced people of New Orleans, due to the disaster of hurricane Katrina, he will take the opportunity to announce a year long book promotional campaign to sell 1 million copies of each book-with a portion of the proceeds going to support the rehab of housing and rebuilding of homes to help those who have been displaced. He is very saddened and feels deeply concerned about the people in his native state, and is committed to do what he can to give back and help those that are uncomfortable and inconvenienced and are in dire need.

Especially, due to the recently confirmed decision by HUD not to repair over 1,000 units of housing, but to demolish them instead. Braxton invites those who are concerned to join him in this worthy effort and important initiative, to go to the webpage-purchase the books and to help get the word out to others to do the same. The website for the books: www.authorhouse.com/bookstore

When arriving on the page simply type in the author's name and both books will pop-up on the screen to view and to make a purchase.
