Media Training eBook Updated

Vital new information, mainly in the new media space, in this world first eBook for media training.

Melbourne, Australia, February 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The world’s first multi-media media training eBook has just been updated. The book, Managing the Media 3rd Edition, was launched in 2007 and this is its second update to include extra training material, mainly in the new media space.

Author and publisher, Graham Kelly, head of Kelly Communications Pty Ltd said: “When I saw Janis Krums take that photo of the Airbus on the Hudson River last month with his iPhone and then Twitter it to the world some 20 minutes before the mainstream media turned up, I just knew it was time to once again update this popular reference work.”

This is edition 3.2 of Managing the Media and it contains an extra 23 pages of vital information for people dealing with the news media. There are now 293 pages or 51,067 words in this true multi-media work. It contains 45 various video and audio clips scattered through the eBook as well as hundreds of scanned photos, clipping and weblinks to help people tame that news media beast.

“People are scared of the news media and, often, they have good cause to be. However, our media training and this eBook teach business people and community leaders to take control of their media encounters. After reading this book and watching/listening to all the examples, people will feel much more confident when they have to face the news media. In fact, they may even decide to be proactive and seek out the media to run their stories”, said Graham.

Managing the Media, edition 3.2 is available only online at http://www.mediatrainingebook.com.
