UK Crime Writer's Marine Mystery Available to Download Free During Read an E-Book Week

To mark Read an E-Book week, (March 8-14) Summersdale Publishing through Rowmark, the official web site of UK crime writer Pauline Rowson, author of the popular marine mystery crime novels, is offering a free download of Pauline Rowson’s novel Tide of Death.

Winnipeg, Canada, February 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Tide of Death is the first in the marine mystery series featuring the flawed and rugged Inspector Andy Horton. Published in paperback as well as an e book, Tide of Death was chosen by Amazon as one of the best crime fiction reads of 2006. Since then one of Rowson’s thrillers, In Cold Daylight, was shortlisted for the World Book Day Prize 2008 and her third Inspector Horton Marine Mystery, The Suffocating Sea, has been selected by The Book Depository as one of ten Best of British Crime Fiction.

Read an E-Book Week was first recognised in 2004. It is a not-for-profit week set aside to inform the public about the pleasures and advantages of reading electronically. Authors, publishers, vendors, the media and readers world-wide join in the promotional week to promote electronic reading.

Pauline Rowson says, ‘My books have been available in digital format for some time. I don’t mind how people prefer to read books whether that is in paper format, e book or audio book format, just as long as they enjoy reading.’

Readers will be able to download a copy of Tide of Death for free from Sunday 8 March to Saturday 14 March by visiting www.rowmark.co.uk
