Sheet Music Company Names New Marketing Manager

J.W. Pepper, the world's largest sheet music retailer, has named Mandy Kubik as manager of the Grand Rapids store.

Paoli, PA, March 04, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Mandy Kubik, former Sales Supervisor of J. W. Pepper's Grand Rapids store has assumed a new role as J.W. Pepper's Regional Marketing Manager. Kubik moved into the position formerly held by Kyle Badgero. Badgero has taken the job of managing Pepper's new Atlanta distribution center, slated to open in May 2009.

Ms. Kubik has several years of experience in the sheet music industry. After attending Adams State College as a voice major and earning certification in Recording Engineering/Production from the Recording Institute of Detroit, she started her career as an employee of Malecki Music. She was promoted to assistant manager, and then manager of their choral department. When Malecki was acquired by Pepper in 2004, Ms. Kubik assumed the title of Sales Supervisor and worked closely with store managers Badgero to coordinate the many workshops, conventions and local events that Pepper supports, such as the Michigan School Band and Orchestra Association (MSBOA).

The Grand Rapids location supports the music community throughout Michigan. The staff is active in and supplies music for many key events around the state. Serving school music, church music and studio teachers is their core focus. With Kubik as the manager, the market territory for the store is expanding to include responsibility for Canadian and international accounts.
