IPscape Alliance Helps Diversify SEMA Direct Marketing Group - Adds Inbound, Outbound and Blended Hosted Contact Centre Services

IPscape and SEMA today announced an alliance agreement whereby SEMA will offer Software as a Service (SaaS) contact centre services based on IPscape technology. The alliance adds inbound, outbound and blended hosted contact centre services to existing business solutions and the ‘largest privately owned direct mail operation in Australia.’

Sydney, Australia, March 12, 2009 --(PR.com)-- IPscape and SEMA today announced an alliance agreement whereby SEMA will offer Software as a Service (SaaS) contact centre services based on IPscape technology.

SEMA is a leading Australian-owned multi-channel communications group which enables effective closed loop, data driven communications to customers and prospects on behalf of Tier One and Two private enterprise and government organisations. IPscape is an Australian-owned specialist in hosted (SaaS) customer contact solutions including inbound and outbound call centres. The solutions bundle telecommunication costs, call centre software and administration into a monthly payment rather than an upfront capital expenditure.

According to Lee Bourke, SEMA’s Director of Business Transformation Services, the alliance adds inbound, outbound and blended hosted contact centre services to existing business solutions and the ‘largest privately owned direct mail operation in Australia.’

‘We know the value IPscape can bring to a call centre from our own positive experience with the solution, the people and the results,’ said Bourke. ‘We see our clients benefiting from the speed, flexibility and dynamic service as well; and it is a perfect fit for our business objective to simultaneously deliver increased revenue and cost reduction for our clients.’

SEMA now offer hosted pay-as-you-go contact centre service for call centres with ten to hundreds of seats.

‘The clever functionality, fast implementation and simplicity of the IPscape hosted solution makes it ideal in today’s doing-more-with-less business environment,’ said Simon Burke, CEO of IPscape. ‘There’s no better salesperson than a convert and SEMA are one of the most evangelical IPscape converts. Their real-life experience gives them great insight into each sales opportunity.’

‘We look forward to our joint successes,’ commented Burke.
