Dallas, TX, July 14, 2006 --(PR.com)-- The month of July marks Merchants Home Loan's 1st Rate Service Gurantee's 2nd Anniversary, an unprecedented feature in the mortgage lending industry.  This document represents Merchants Home Loan, Inc's and the Loan Officers commitment to providing the customer with unparalleled customer service not only through closing, but long after as your mortgage consultant.  If within 30 days of closing the customer does not feel that Merchants Home Loan and your Loan Officer merited their full commission on the loan, your Loan Officer will refund the customer $500.
