Rat Rod Rockers Begins Casting Calls

Go-Kustom Films begins screen tests for it's newest hot rod film.

Seattle, WA, March 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Hot Rod Girls Save The World Writer & Director, D.A. Sebasstian, began casting for the part of "Danielle" for his upcoming film, Rat Rod Rockers (to be released early 2010 on Go-Kustom Films).

Said Sebasstian, "We had dozens of girls e-mail for the part the day we posted it. Most all were local Seattle based actresses with excellent resumes. Danielle is a key role, very dynamic and physically demanding. In the film she defends her family from a Rat Rod Gang- almost completely by herself. After the first week of reading, I can tell we are faced with a hard decision. I didn't realize we had this many accomplished actors in Seattle. "

Part of the screen testing includes actresses falling down onto mats, punching and running around a large room. Said Sebasstian, "We look to see if the actors can hit their marks, how they move and of course if they can remember their lines and deliver them convincingly. We decided to film the reads (screen test) so we could review performances and later post segments on You Tube. People like to see how a real movie is made, even if it is a low budget one like ours."

Look for Rat Rod Rockers in festivals early 2010.
