Atlanta, GA, July 18, 2006 --(PR.com
)-- Today, DiscountCall, a telecommunications systems and services company, serving the Southeast United States, unveiled the DiscountCall Rewards Program. This incentive program, offered to their over 500 clients, offers rewards for referring colleagues with telecommunications needs to the Atlanta-based company. “Word of mouth is our primary source of business development. Over the years, we have worked diligently to create an excellent customer experience. In return, our clients have referred us to their colleagues in the business community. That’s why we created DiscountCall Rewards,” said Randy Berlin, president of DiscountCall.
To be eligible for the DiscountCall Rewards program, a company must be a client, in good standing, of DiscountCall, who refers one of their colleagues to DiscountCall for the purchase of T-1 service or a phone system. The colleague must notify DiscountCall of the referral for the client to receive their reward. “We wanted the DiscountCall Rewards program to be simple, but at the same time, offer dynamic prizes. Prizes such as an Ultimate Card from Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, tickets to Braves games, and a flat screen TV make this an ambitious program, however, we want to demonstrate the importance we place on our clients’ contribution to our business development,” said Berlin. A list of rewards can be found at www.discountcall.com/rewards.html .
DiscountCall also named its first partner in the program- Buckhead Life Restaurants, one of Atlanta’s most prestigious restaurant groups. The Buckhead Life Restaurant group is comprised of 12 restaurants each providing its own unique experience, focusing on elegant yet comfortable décor and innovative cuisine. "We are pleased to have our Ultimate Card featured as a reward option with DiscountCall," said Bethany Vincent, director of corporate sales for Buckhead Life Restaurant Group. "We have seen the model of building guest loyalty and referrals through incentives prove successful for a wide range of industries and look forward to seeing the program with DiscountCall grow."
