Help 1,000 Grandmothers

Easton, PA, April 01, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Easton-based BasketCase Gifts is designing special gifts for local women in adult care facilities, assisted living homes, and assistance programs. "Sadly, sometimes women in these programs no longer have friends or family in the area and are forgotten on Mother's Day. This program will hopefully bring a smile to their faces and let them know that someone out there cares," says Jeff Bernardino, Independent Beauty and Gift Consultant.

BasketCase gifts is looking for local area businesses and individuals to "adopt" 1,000 of these women by sponsoring their Mother's Day gifts. It has already received requests from local facilities and homes for over 500 women in their care, but does not have enough sponsors to meet this need.

An individual or business can sponsor a gift for $25 and the gift will include soothing personal care products, warm socks, and a cute stuffed animal. The tasteful gifts will be personally designed and arranged by Bernardino.
