The Eastern Professional Hockey League is a hockey developmental league in its first year of existence. It currently consists of four teams: Jersey Rockhoppers, Danbury MadHatters, Hudson Valley Bears and the Brooklyn Aces. The goal of the EPHL is to expand within the New England market to bring professional “A” hockey to fans seeking an affordable hockey alternative. Mr. Riggs, a graduate of Carnegie Mellon, holds extensive experience in league management serving as commissioner of both the Atlantic Coast Hockey League and South East Hockey League. He was also the first Media Relations Director for the East Coast Hockey League.
