Cherwell Software Announces Integration Partnership with KnowledgeBroker, Inc.

(http://www.kbi.com). KnowledgeBroker's (KBI) prepackaged computer support KnowledgeBase for Help Desk analysts and End User self-service is now fully integrated with Cherwell Service Management™ and offered as part of Cherwell's new “software as a service” (SaaS) model, Cherwell On-Demand.
