iUniverse Would Like to Announce the Release of The Short Book on Happiness by David Cane

Transform Your Life in 10 Days

Bloomington, IN, April 09, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Short Book on Happiness

Transform Your Life in 10 Days

Life has not been easy for David Cane. Despite a lifetime of trials and adversities, including alcohol and drug addiction, unemployment, bankruptcy, illness, and a serious car accident involving his daughter, he chose to actively seek happiness rather than make do with sorrow and regret. The Short Book on Happiness: Transform Your Life in 10 Days (published by iUniverse) by David Cane is a how-to manual that will help you find happiness, too.

Searching for answers, he found help in his faith and the many books on happiness he read. He felt as though he clearly understood the root of his unhappiness but still couldn’t determine how to fix it. “We unwittingly delay our happiness by spending too much time figuring things out, and not enough time getting things fixed. So, get happy now, and figure things out later if you want to,” says Cane.

The Short Book on Happiness is intended as a concrete, easy-to-implement guide for people who want to take control of their mind and live a fuller, more peaceful life. It can be implemented in 10 days and also includes a Daily Map for Living at the end to help readers maintain and incorporate the ideas presented in the book. Each chapter represents a day with a new exercise to follow as Cane teaches readers specifically how to:

Prolong positive thoughts
Forgive by doing
Learn to live in the present
Visualize a new life
Cultivate an attitude of gratitude

Cane is currently working on more titles in his “Short Book on Personal Success” series.
