A pop up window asks for the user’s desired screen name, language preference (English or Spanish), and the topic of the chat. Once the form is filled out and submitted, 4sgm.com customers can start chatting in real time with Four Seasons staff.
If the Live Support status is "Offline", customers may leave a message with the chat service and a Four Seasons representative will get back to them as soon as possible.
