NBS Implements Project Coordination Team

Experienced Tier-1 Project Managers to optimize telecoms provisioning and implementation process.

Wayne, NJ, April 26, 2009 --(PR.com)-- NBS, a NJ based telecom carrier, reseller and managed services provider, announced today the implementation of its new Project Coordination team. This highly focused and dedicated group has been formed to act as a single point of contact for NBS partners and customers. Its goal is to deliver the highest level of overall customer satisfaction, and to establish a more efficient and thorough implementation process.

The new department, created within Operations, is headed by Ralph DeLuccia, the company’s Operational Planning Manager. He will handle all escalations and concerns of NBS agents and customers. The team comprises individuals with Tier-1 carrier backgrounds and extensive project management experience. “We are confident that the formation of this department is a positive step towards the overall goal of creating the best customer experience possible for our end-users” stated Mr. DeLuccia. “The Project Coordinator is responsible for the entire life cycle of the order once it has been passed from Sales Support. The Project Coordinator will ensure that all components of the order are moving along in the most effective manner possible, and will work with all departments to make sure that we have exhausted every possible resource to deliver the solution to the customer as quickly and efficiently as possible” he added.

As a main point of contact, the Project Coordinator will, throughout the entire order process, coordinate all changes and additions, and will deliver regular status updates to the appropriate contacts to address any potential issues, should any arise. “The department’s main objective is to assure full satisfaction of customers and agents, to work closely with them to recognize and react to their needs and requirements, and to execute and deliver a solution that is in accordance with the expectations set throughout the order process” stated NBS’ President, Russell P. Markman.

The team will initially focus on multi-site and complex deployments that require constant supervision and maintenance. These orders include, but are not limited to: Managed WAN, NBS Hosted Voice, Multi-site Intelligent T1/PRI and IVAD orders, MPLS, and Co-location. Each time an order is assigned, the Project Coordinator will reach out to the customer’s representative to go over the initial expectations. They will take all necessary steps to make certain that the installation is handled in the appropriate manner and to facilitate the delivery of a solution that is in accordance with customer expectations.

NBS’ Project Coordination team will usher in a new level of support, guidance and precision deployments that will increase both Agent and customer satisfaction. For more details on this matter please contact Ralph DeLuccia by phone at 973-638-2125 or by e-mail at ralph.deluccia@nbsvoice.com. He will be glad to hear any feedback regarding agent or customer interactions with the Project Coordination team and its impact on orders.
