Customers now have the option of initiating a request for assistance through the company web site at www.jncgroup.com. On the Support page, they simply click the help button, complete a form and a message is sent to the JNC's Rapid Response Team. A Help Desk Engineer can then remote in to the customer's desktop and take control of the system. Additionally, JNC will be able to securely access the network unattended for routine maintenance using NTRsupport™.
JNC Group evaluated several vendors prior to selecting NTRGlobal. None of the others could deliver the value based on cost, customer service, ease of use, and overall flexibility.
