Are You Ready to Debate Fed Policy? New Jersey Teen Launches FedChatter.com to Debate Fed Policy

FedChatter.com is a place where people from all over the country can come and debate Federal Reserve policy. The site includes a forum feature where participants can engage in lively discussion with others.

Marlboro, NJ, July 30, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Adam Gross has taken debate on Federal Reserve policy to a new level – as founder of FedChatter.com, he has created a website which includes facts on how Federal Reserve policy impacts the housing market, the labor market, energy, inflation, and consumer confidence.

Surprisingly, this is all from a high school senior. Adam is a student at Marlboro High School in New Jersey, where he is currently ranked at the top of his class. Having participated in the Fed Challenge Competition, Adam sought to extend his passion for debating economics policy through the creation of FedChatter.com.

Throughout the past four years, Adam has been an avid participant in debate and economics related competitions. Adam is the New Jersey Public Forum Debate State Champion, and won First Place in the NJ Future Business Leaders of America Economics Competition. He also placed 10th in the Nation in the Economics Competition. In addition, Adam won Third Place in FBLA National Accounting Competition.

At Marlboro High School, Adam keeps himself busy as the President of the Forensics Debate Team, Vice President of Future Business Leaders of America, and Vice President of Amnesty International. Outside of the school, Adam is passionate about mentoring disadvantaged kids. He enjoys his volunteer work in the Challenger Program, where he is a “Buddy” to a handicapped child with Down’s Syndrome.

What does this kid do for fun? Adam enjoys spending his time fencing, although he would be the first to admit he is not very good at it. Like any other teenager, he enjoys spending time with friends, going to the movies, etc. He also finds time to raise money for charitable causes and work on his website.
