Binary Research International Unveils Free Technical Knowledge Center

New Site Offers a Wealth of Information, Serving as a PC Deployment and Cloning Resource and “Go-To Point” for Desktop and Network Administrators, System Analysts and Other IT Professionals.

Milwaukee, WI, May 08, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Binary Research International, a Glendale, Wis. software distributor and training services supplier, announced today the availability of its Technical Knowledge Center as the first step in the expansion of its technology services division. This free resource, available at www.binaryresearch.net, has been created for IT professionals such as Desktop Administrators, System Analysts, Network Administrators, Technicians and Technical Consultants.

Drawing upon its experience from more than a decade of helping organizations with their system rollouts, migrations, deployments and operating system upgrades, Binary Research (BRI) has populated the site with questions and answers to technical questions, articles, how-to’s, hard drive imaging resources, and a moderated community forum.

The site’s centerpiece is the KnowledgeBase. This section contains articles written by BRI on a variety of technical topics. It draws upon the company’s 11+ years of experience in the cloning industry, dating back to when BRI was part of the company that developed Ghost. Symantec Corp. acquired Ghost in 1998 and since then, BRI has continued to sell, support and train in the use of Ghost. During that time, BRI has written seven versions of its popular Symantec Ghost Training Workshops.

The BRI KnowledgeBase contains sections that not only address the Ghost Solution Suite, but also the Universal Imaging Utility (UIU), the world’s first software product that enables the creation of a hardware-independent Image, and the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, giving helpful direction on using Microsoft’s tools for Imaging and deployment.

“Binary is proud to offer this free resource to our valued Customers in particular and to the IT community as a whole,” said Annette Dow, Chief Executive Officer of Binary Research International. “We envisage this site will become an invaluable, key point of reference for IT personnel tasked with cloning, rolling out or migrating Windows operating systems. Using our experience and knowledge in this field to provide articles and Q&A sections, we can also draw upon the wealth of expertise of our Customers through the Forum. This combination of tools should ensure this site becomes a critical ‘go-to’ point for IT professionals involved in this field.”

Access to the site and all its resources is free, once a brief registration form has been completed. Visitors are encouraged to participate in the forum, either by posting questions or by providing their own insights and experiences. The site’s main page is located at http://Knowledge.BinaryResearch.net.
