Lionwerx Delivers Successful CC&B End User Training at Albuquerque

Nashville, TN, May 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Lionwerx, LLC is pleased to announce its successful delivery of CC&B End-User Training to Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority. Lionwerx worked with the Water Authority to customize its End-User templates and training materials to provide the entire user community with the training they needed prior to the go-live of CC&B.

“Lionwerx was excellent” says René Newton, Water Authority Applications Development Manager, and project manager for the CC&B implementation. “The Water Authority is delighted with the results of the training. Lionwerx provided six weeks of hands-on, well-documented, customized training to a wide range of 130 internal CC&B system users. They interacted with our team to gain an understanding of our processes as they apply to CC&B and even stayed on site to provide user support during go-live.”

The Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority provides water, waste water and conservation services to the greater Albuquerque metropolitan and surrounding areas, and is the largest water utility in the state of New Mexico. The Water Authority maintains about 180,000 customer accounts, representing 520,000 water users, and also bills for City Solid Waste accounts. Recently, the Water Authority completed a twenty month project to convert from SPL/Oracle CIS to CC&B and to improve and implement new processes and interfaces.
