New Zealand high-end audio amplifier manufacturer Perreaux appoints Fidelis AV as their exclusive distributor in the United States.
Dunedin, New Zealand, May 16, 2009 --(PR.com)-- High-end audio distributor Fidelis AV of Derry, New Hampshire is proud to announce its appointment as the exclusive distributor of Perreaux audio components in the United States.
Fidelis AV's Walter Swanbon says: "We are very excited about our partnership with Perreaux and look forward to bringing an increasing number of their products on-board in 2009" starting with the éloquence 150i and 250i integrated amplifiers. These two models incorporate the classic Perreaux standards of high-power, sonic integrity and design reliability. The Silhouette range brings the same no-compromise design and build to a flexible array of affordable mini-modules. Swanbon is no stranger to the brand, having sold Perreaux electronics throughout the 1980's from his highly-regarded audio shops in Arlington, MA and Nashua, NH. Perreaux will be offered to established high-end dealers across the country and joins the company's other product lines including Harbeth, LFD and Gradient.
Founded in 1974, Perreaux manufactures high-end audio components out of their factory in Dunedin, New Zealand. They continue to be renowned for their indestructible power amplifiers; and first made waves across the audio world, particularly the US, in the early 1980's with the PMF2150B Power Amplifier and SM2 Class-A preamplifier.
Dozens of new products have been developed since then, most notably the recently released éloquence range of integrated amplifiers, digital to analog converters and phono preamplifier modules.
