Olympicos was founded in 1997 by three current board members and our founding president the late Cato Zedillo. Their goals then and now are to provide low-income youth the tools and options to excel in school and stay away from drugs, alcohol and gang crime. Their excellent soccer program with an educational component has positively impacted thousands of players’ lives.
Olympicos Soccer Club is a 501-C-3 non-profit organization with both the federal and state government. The entire organization is run by volunteers who work diligently on making and encouraging and lasting impact in the lives of our inner city players. We teach the value of both team and personal skill building in a fun and competitive environment. We also stress the importance of giving back to the community. All funds go 100 percent for our player’s soccer programs. This model is possible because our entire staff is totally committed to the community we serve.
