Intercontinental Mercantile Exchange announced today that Oliver Grant is leaving his position as president of Intercontinental Mercantile Exchange – Financial Division, effective July 20, 2009, to become COO of Synergy Financial Corporation.

London, United Kingdom, May 29, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Intercontinental Mercantile Exchange announced today that Oliver Grant is leaving his position as president of Intercontinental Mercantile Exchange – Financial Division, effective July 20, 2009, to become COO of Synergy Financial Corporation.

The Company will begin a search immediately for a new president of its financial division. In the interim, CEO Jordan Limwell will oversee operations of the said division.
