Youth group in church is holding a fundraiser that will provide salon services, health & beauty tips & products, massages, and car wash all for one fee of $25

Paterson, NJ, May 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Youth group from a church in Paterson NJ is hosting a fundraiser event that will offer salon services and massages by licensed professionals as well as health & beauty tips and raffles on June 13th 2009. This fundraiser will take place at the Door of Refuge Pentecostal Church located at 108 E 19th Street in Paterson NJ. The youth ministry at Door of Refuge Pentecostal Church will give the community the opportunity to be pampered by licensed professionals and experts while their car is being washed for only $25. Many people have put off taking care of themselves or allowing themselves personal luxuries because of the expenses involved, and during this tough economy every penny saved counts.

This fundraiser event will provide services by licensed professionals such as: Manicures, eyebrow waxing, haircuts, shape-ups, massages & hair straightening. As well as other services performed by people with years of experience such as facials, & make-up application. There will also be goody bags handed out with tips on healthy living and eating, inspirational quotes, and homemade diet recipes such as the soup diet, and refreshments such as fruit smoothies, veggie snacks, and soup diet samples will be served. There will be a weight and tape station where people can weight themselves and have their measurements taken to have a starting point in their weight loss journey. Often times mothers do not have the opportunity to pamper themselves because they cannot arrange for babysitting, so there will also be childcare included so that people that can’t find babysitting can still attend. While all this is going on there will also be a car wash. All this will give people an overall feeling of clean, renewed and refreshed, the only thing not being offered is house cleaning. For $25 people will receive childcare, a car wash, their choice of 4 salon services, goody bags, refreshments, and the opportunity to win prizes.
