Macallan Construction was awarded the contract to renovate 218 Cabarrus Street an almost 32,000 sq. ft. public safety building.

Raleigh, NC, May 31, 2009 --( Macallan Construction is pleased to announce that the City of Raleigh has awarded them the contract to renovate an existing building that will house nearly 32,000 sq. ft. of police department, field operations, detectives, storage and City IT. This high security building is outfitted with automated mechanical systems, locker rooms, and its close proximity to the Convention Center allows its security cameras to monitor the Convention Center grounds, and the new Wake County Parking Garage.
