Art After Dark - Instituto Hemingway Encourages Students Experience the Guggenheim in a Different Way; When the Lights Go Out

Bilbao, Spain, June 05, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Guggenheim museum will open its doors from 10pm until 1am on the first Friday every month to give people the chance to visit the exhibitions whilst enjoying music from some of the best known international DJs. This event aims to attract younger people to the museum and give them the chance to see some of the biggest names in electronica, reggae, soul funk, hip hop, techno, pop and rock. On top of this, those who attend these nights can get into Club Fever in Bolueta free after 12am by showing their museum ticket.

The ‘Art After Dark’ program kicks off on Halloween, October 31st with one of the biggest names from the Cologne electronica scene, Coma and DJ Smart from Madrid. This will continue on November 14th with a turntable session from DJ Jekey and the top French acts with Scandium Records. December 19th sees a fantastic opportunity to see the English musician, producer, DJ, recording artist, mixer and journalist, Ewan Pearson who will be supported by Autosound from Bilbao.

The program will continue to offer international class DJ nights throughout 2009.
